How Partnerships Work
Initial Discussion
We meet to understand your organisation's mission, client group, and housing needs. No commitment required - just an honest conversation about how we might work together.
Partnership Agreement
Simple partnership agreement covering referral processes, safeguarding procedures, data sharing, outcome reporting, and mutual expectations. Clear and proportionate, not bureaucratic.
Training & Orientation
Joint training session for both teams covering referral processes, communication channels, crisis procedures, and how to access our support services.
Ongoing Collaboration
Regular partnership reviews, joint case work where appropriate, shared learning, and collaborative funding applications. A genuine partnership, not just a referral route.
