Responsible CCTV Use
CCTV is only installed in communal areas and building entrances for security. We maintain clear signage, privacy notices, and limited retention periods. Your private spaces remain completely private.

We're working towards government targets of EPC C by 2030 for all social homes. This means warmer homes, lower energy bills, and improved comfort for residents.
